She has been practicing yoga for about 10 years and fell in love with TriYoga when she moved to Davis five years ago and attended her first TriYoga class with Kamala. Deliberate movement and attention to breath emphasized by this modality inspires great space and opening within. The flows, or kriyas, channeled by Kaliji are themselves incredible moving meditation (dhyana) and are supported effortlessly by breath (pranayama) and concentration (dharana) techniques. Risa continues to study this form to awaken more of the subtlety in her own experience so that she can continually share new insights&amp;nbsp;so you can develop your own personal relationship with the practice of yoga. Learning to hear your internal guidance is an integral part of the experience and thus an important aspect of Risa’s teaching style. Each movement originates from the energy instilled in the body by the breath.
